Teaching Philosophy
I believe every child has the ability to learn, grow, and achieve. I set high expectations for my students to set them on the path for college. As a teacher, I believe in educating my students through hands-on and real life situations. I teach my students to be self motivated and to set goals for themselves and reflect on their learning. In addition to academics, my classroom fosters important life skills such as team work, responsibility, respect, and independence. My goal as a teacher is to show my students how to use the tools that they have acquired to sustain a life long love of learning.
